- Support the Store Manager and staff in all aspects of store operations, including visual merchandising, expense control, and asset protection.
Assist the store manager in providing overall direction for the staff in terms of training and performance tracking, developing customer relationships and creating a positive work environment.

- The ideal candidate must possess the following: three plus years in luxury retail, strong team leadership, excellent customer service, interpersonal and communication skills required, energetic, outgoing, driven individual with an eye for women's fashion. Must possess a strong visual background and sound organizational skills. Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends.

Key Responsibilities:
- In this role you will be responsible for assisting the Store Manager in sales and operational management. You will have demonstrated and proven these skills in previous retail roles. You must have a passion for customer service, design, and stock management. Must be self motivated with flexible availability. This upscale retailer has a reputation for providing a fun, friendly and professional environment.
